Week 8

I had a good week.  I changed my attitude and it made everything more pleasant, not just the dieting.  It was a good reminder for me that my reaction controls the outcome.  Michael has also been on a diet and has lost 15 pounds since January!  I’m very proud of his efforts.  It’s a hard process but we’re starting to see the results and it feels very satisfying. 

  • Week 8: –1.2 lbs
  • Week 7: –0.4 lbs
  • Week 6: –0.6 lbs
  • Week 5: –1.2 lbs
  • Week 4: –3.6 lbs
  • Week 3: +0.8 lbs
  • Week 2: –1.8 lbs
  • Week 1: –2.2 lbs

Total weight loss: 10.2 lbs

Now THAT is more than halfway to my goal!
