I've discovered the perfect way to enjoy a delightful, stress-free Thanksgiving: have your cousin invite you over. You'll only have to bring rolls and a salad. But you should probably also bring a chocolate cream pie because it is Thanksgiving after all.
The food will be delicious and the company superb. And Kitty will get to play with cousins for hours. The entire day will be fantastic. Trust me on this. Ask your cousin if you can come over for Thanksgiving - you won't be sorry.
It was such a wonderful Thanksgiving day. Since I was barely cooking anything, we had plenty of time to work on our new puzzle and play board games for hours before heading to dinner. It was low-key and lovely.
We ended up staying at my cousin's house for the entire evening. I didn't expect to be there that long but we were having such a nice time that I lost track of the hours ticking by. I'm incredibly grateful for their hospitality and friendship. And for all the delicious food. I'm especially grateful for the food.
